2008 is calling, it wants its favourite dress back. That won’t be happening any time soon, though. Stylish people everywhere are reclaiming the humble halterneck dress as their own this summer, and they’re showing no signs of letting up. Even the coolest celebs are in on it. Everyone we currently look to for outfit inspo, from Charli XCX to Sofia Grainge and Hailey Bieber, has been spotted in halterneck dresses recently.
